General Policies: Namaste is an adult environment. Minimum age for treatment is 16 for Spa services. Please ask for available options for those under 16. All prices are subject to change without notice. We recommend that you do not wear jewelry to you spa service. The Sound of Silence: To preserve an ambiance of peace and tranquility, we are a cell phone free environment. Kindly turn off all cell phones prior to entering the spa. We ask that you speak quietly throughout the spa, particularly in waiting areas. Check in: Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled spa service. Please remember that each appointment is precisely timed and that a late arrival may cause a modification of your service. In order to honor the next scheduled appointment, your service may end at the scheduled time. Gratuities: In appreciation of our outstanding service a 20% gratuity is suggested. This amount is completely adjustable based on your satisfaction with your experience. Cancellation: We require 24 hours notice of cancellation of a service. We confirm your appointment with you at least 24 hours prior to service by e-mail and a phone reminder. If you cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled service time, 50 percent of the fee will be charged. All no shows will be charged the full price of the service. No shows for injection appointments will be charged $50. |
